As politically incorrect as this might sound before one gives it careful and thoughtful consideration, I’ve often stated the following during my many hours of talk radio. Imagine yourself standing among the rubble of what once were the World Trade Center towers, still smoldering and riddled with the carnage of nearly three thousand people in the wake of the 9/11 attacks just a few days earlier. Smell the sickening and acrid smoky haze of death as it invades your nostrils and clings to your clothes. Regardless of where you look, all 360 degrees of your vision is filled with nauseating devastation. Visualize the recovery efforts that surround you and listen to the sobbing as loved ones of the missing place photos on bulletin boards near Ground Zero, hoping and praying for a miracle that would never come.

Watch as others bring flowers, small stuffed animals and votive candles to the edge of makeshift fencing hastily erected to separate the crime scene from what still strives to be normalcy.  Like the rest of mainstream Americans, you are still stunned by the worst attacks on America since Pearl Harbor, ostensibly at the hands of some obscure Muslim group known as al Qaeda.

Now imagine that I walked up to you and told you that ten years from that date, a man named Barack Hussein Obama II, who as a youngster in Indonesia studied the Qur’an and as a man, publicly admitted that the Muslim call to prayer was “one of the prettiest sounds on earth at sunset,”  would occupy the White House. Then I proceeded to tell you that the construction of Islamic mosques would be at an all-time high across the United States, including the push for a new Islamic center less than a hundred yards of the very site on which we stood. I then added that a Muslim advocacy group known as the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), having ties to the Muslim Brotherhood (the ideological predecessor of Qaeda and Hamas), would be heavily involved in shaping U.S. policies ranging from domestic security to the implementation of Sharia (Islamic law) inside the United States.

Still standing amid the smoking ruins, I proceed to tell you that this man in the Oval Office, after years of legal stonewalling against providing authenticated, historical documentation of his personal and professional life, including his own Certification of Live Birth, was pressured into providing a copy of his Certificate of Live Birth that a commissioned law enforcement body in Arizona deemed a forgery. Not only is the man in the Oval Office Constitutionally ineligible to hold that position under the Natural Born Citizen Clause of the U.S. Constitution, but veteran investigators of that law enforcement body deemed the document that he ultimately provided to be a forgery!

As you continue to gaze at the destruction, you see not only the sadness of the people nearby, but hear comments from others that indicate an anger unlike this generation has ever seen. On trucks, recovery vehicles and elsewhere, you see the American flag gently flapping in the breeze, and tell me that I’m crazy and that you’ve heard enough. It would never happen in America, and tell me that we will exact our revenge to emerge victorious over the evil that descended upon us just days earlier. You note that churches and synagogues have been filled to capacity since the attacks, and have been assured by President George W. Bush that we will identify and punish those who did this, and the nations who aided and abetted them.

Before you walk away from my narrative of conspiratorial madness, you allow me a few more seconds to continue. I then tell you that the man in the Oval Office will not only apologize for America’s historical foreign policy to the Muslim world, but embrace the very entities behind the attacks. He will be the impetus behind a major change of the landscape in the Middle East that not only allows for our abandonment of Israel, but an antagonism toward our ally. It’s all part of a larger, more sinister globalist plan of an Islamic-Marxist alliance that’s been planned and in place for decades. He will open his office, and the whole of the U.S. government, to the Muslim Brotherhood, and will not only change fundamentally America, but will “change the world.”
Convinced of my lunacy, you hastily leave, walking over the dust covered but still visible bloodstain on the walkway where at least one of the bodies landed after jumping from the raging inferno inside one of the towers. Averting your eyes, you take comfort in what’s visible around you. It’s men, women and even recovery dogs working together, on a mission to do what Americans do. Unite, recover, rebuild. The visible signs are everywhere, contrary to the narrative of the future I shared with you.

Back to the present day, I now ask that you be as intellectually honest with yourself as possible as you consider what your reaction would have been at that time, in that place and under the circumstances I described. Frankly, even I would have departed in disbelief.

In fairness, the few Americans in September, 2001 outside of the 13th Congressional district of Illinois or fellow politicians knew the name of the man known as Barack Obama II, who was serving only his second term as a state senator. Few could have anticipated his meteoric rise from a community organizer just over a half decade before to White House denizen. I suspect that even fewer would have envisioned the rapid changes to the geopolitical landscape that resulted from this man after assuming the seat of power over the free world.

Egypt: Obama’s staging ground

I imagine that few people, from the vantage point of “ground zero” in the immediate days following 9/11, could have predicted the events described above a decade in advance. Unless, of course, you are one of the planners, one of the men behind the proverbial curtain. But let’s take a look at what looked like lunacy in 2001.

On June 4, 2009, less than six months after assuming office, Barack Hussein Obama II delivered a speech in Cairo, Egypt, that ushered in dramatic changes within the Muslim world that would forever alter the political landscape of the Middle East. Perhaps acting in response to correspondence by Sheikh Yusuf Qaradawi, spiritual leader of the Muslim Brotherhood, Obama is openly apologetic to the Muslim world while being passively aggressive to the nation of Israel, our only democratic ally in the Middle East. At the same time, he opens his arms to the Muslim Brotherhood while tactically omitting any reference or acknowledgment to then-Egyptian leader Hosni Mubarak.

Less than a year later, Obama advances the agenda of the Muslim Brotherhood by appointing a young lawyer named Rashan Hussain to the position of Special Envoy to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation. This post was created by George W. Bush in 2008, ostensibly to promote mutual understanding and dialogue between the United States and Muslim communities around the world. Hussain has tangential ties to the Muslim Brotherhood via common and connected entities.

That same year, the United States State Department under the direction of Hillary Rodham Clinton, lifts the visa ban on Tariq Ramadan, the Egyptian-born grandson of Muslim Brotherhood founder Hassan al-Banna. Also in 2010, Rashan Hussain wastes no time in meeting with Tariq Ramadan at a U.S. sponsored conference, and meets with the Mulsim Brotherhood’s grand mufti in Egypt.

Promoting change in Egypt, the man called Obama has a private meeting with Ahmed Aboul Gheit, Egypt’s foreign minister. Gheit recounts the meeting to an audience of millions on Egyptian television that “the American president [Obama] told me in confidence that he is a Muslim.”

Events in Egypt move quickly, and the Mubarak government loses the support of the United States. Muslim Brotherhood Sheikh Yusuf Qaradawi calls for “days of rage” in Egypt and throughout the Middle East, ultimately prompting riots in Egypt and elsewhere. Within months, Qaradawi, who was in exile from Egypt for 30 years, is welcomed back after the orchestrated fall of Mubarak.

The power vacuum that exists in post-Mubarak Egypt is quickly filled by the Muslim Brotherhood with the help of the U.S. State Department. It is at this time that Egypt’s new power structure advises Israel and the rest of the world that the peace treaty with Israel will be null and void.

On the home front

While the Muslim Brotherhood assumes control in Egypt, Obama, who has yet to visit Israel, makes demands that Israel revert land back to the Palestinians, calling for Israel to go back to their indefensible 1967 armistice lines. Obama also authorizes $1.5 billion in foreign aid to the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas in Egypt, while instructing his Director of National Intelligence James Clapper to assure congress that the Muslim Brotherhood has changed from their extremist roots to a secular organization. The birthing of tolerance that began under Bush 43 has led to full nurturing under Obama.

Obama also orders Department of Justice head Eric Holder to cease and desist any further criminal prosecution of the Muslim Brotherhood front groups and offshoots identified as co-conspirators who ultimately funded Hamas and other Islamic terror groups.

The Hillary Clinton State Department, meanwhile, dispatches William Taylor, special envoy to the Middle East and an associate of members to the Muslim Brotherhood, to Egypt to assist in the transition from the Mubarak regime.

It is disclosed that Hillary Clinton’s “body person,” Huma Abedin, the wife of disgraced Congressman Anthony Weiner, has close and personal ties to the Muslim Brotherhood and by association, to Muslims connected to al Qaeda. This is further detailed in correspondence from U.S. House of Representative Michelle Bachman.

Obama’s Muslim, Marxist and Communist agenda

Today, well over a decade after the attacks of 9/11, we find infiltration of Islamists, Marxists, Communists and globalists in nearly every area of American government. What Progressives have gleefully praised as a wave of democracy sweeping the Middle East known as the Arab Spring is nothing more than the foundation for a New World Order, where Islamists and the Muslim Brotherhood are working in conjunction with their secular partners to forever change the geopolitical landscape of the Middle East. Egypt is just one country, one regime, one piece of the global puzzle. There have been others, and there will be more.

Looking though the current Middle East situation through the prism Obama the Progressive, the Marxist or Muslim, one thing is clear. Obama exists and remains in the Oval Office to advance a specific agenda. He was selected as the man for the job based on his past, the part to which we are not privy. And therein lies the importance of his Certificate of Live Birth, his identity and his past associations. It’s about his allegiance and agenda. His agenda, in part, was set for him. It is an ambitious globalist agenda, one that will neutralize the United States while elevating the very people, groups and nations that attacked us on 9/11. But that’s only the first part. The rest of the agenda has yet to be implemented.

Lunacy? Let’s talk in ten years, perhaps as we stand on the rubble of what once was.

Liberal Death-Eaters’ Quest for Power

In the first Harry Potter adventure, a pithy statement is attributed to the villain, Lord Voldemort. He described his own worldview thusly: “There is no good and evil. There is only power and those too weak to seek it.”

Now, that serves as a fairly reasonable motto for the political Left in our day. It is the functional ethic of all liberalism. Oh, to be sure, they’ll prattle on like tonsured prelates about what everyone else should do to live in a manner that is good and right. Also, they’ll preach for days in breathless indignation over the evils they see in their opponents.

But behind the curtain, good and evil are nothing more than useful labels to them. They can’t be more than that, and the reason is that liberalism is the politicized denial of God and His laws. Deny that God’s commandments are, in fact, binding on people, and you’ve effectively done away with the concepts of good and evil.

By asserting that point, I am only repeating what the foremost atheistic philosophers have always acknowledged and taught. In atheism, there is no reason for maintaining categories like good and evil, since there is no transcendent law-giver or judge.

I bring all this up because it is this quote from Voldemort that has bounced around in my head since ABC news famously jumped the gun last weekend in announcing that the Aurora/Batman shooter may have had Tea Party ties.

On his radio program on Monday, July 23, Rush Limbaugh asked what the possible motivation could be for broadcasting unconfirmed information like this, without bothering to find out for sure whether it was true. Well, our old pal, Tom Riddle knows the answer. It is because good and evil don’t really matter: it’s all about the acquisition of power. Nothing more.

The truth of a thing, the ethical/moral questions surrounding any particular action, are simply not of any great importance to the Left.  All that matters is raking in more control, like so many poker chips.

Conservatives and Liberals simply play by different rules. We think good and evil matter, for starters. We think truth is preferable to error. We deny that the ends justify the means. And we stand around flabbergasted every time the Libs demonstrate that none of this applies to them. Catch conservatives applying a double standard, and we hate that. It embarrasses us. Catch a conservative acting unethically, and other conservatives will agree it’s a bad thing.

The Liberals have no such concerns. They’re in it for only one reason: to win. They don’t care how. By truth-telling, or by lying, either way. Ethically or unethically, they merely wave the concerns away with a scornful look. Who cares? Six of one, half dozen of the other, as grandpa used to say. There’s no good and evil. It’s all same-same.

The heir of Slytherin would be proud.

A Guaranteed Minimum Income In The US?

If the Obama Administration and his fellow Socialist/Marxist/Progressives (who camouflage themselves as democrats) in the US government aren’t sent packing in November, I fully expect the next step in securing a socialist state in America is a guaranteed annual (minimum) income for every American.
Think about it. It is one of the few steps remaining that would solidify the hold government has on every man, woman, and child in America.

We know from the records that the welfare rolls have increased exponentially under Obama. Recently, changes were made by Presidential Executive Order to redefine “work” allowing even more applicants for welfare to be added to the welfare rolls. Why? Could it be the Obama Administration is deliberately attempting to “crash” the US welfare system? If so—why?

I contend—that is exactly what is happening.

If I am correct, then we are actually seeing the “Cloward-Piven Strategy” at work. We are observing the foundation, the groundwork—if you will—for establishing a guaranteed annual (minimum) income for American citizens. It is very, very, worrisome. But—it is only the latest move by our socialist leaders to break America so they can re-mold her in the image of their choosing, which is, unarguably a socialist/Marxist state.

America is in a death spiral, dear reader.

If the American electorate doesn’t shake itself out of this stupor in which it is currently wallowing and come out swinging like the people we like to think we are, we are going to lose our liberty, our individual freedom, and our country.

What we are talking about here is “a government-ensured guarantee that all citizens unconditionally receive an income sufficient to meet their basic needs.” SOURCE: usbig.net

Look around you. Consider the extremely high percentage of Americans already on what we call “Welfare” and consider, too, that nearly half of all Americans currently receive some form of government monetary assistance every month and then—ask yourself what will happen to America’s economy if Americans are guaranteed an annual income whether they work and contribute to our society or not.

Let’s look a bit closer: What is a BIG? It is a Basic Income Guarantee. “The basic income guarantee (BIG) is a government insured guarantee that no citizen’s income will fall below some minimal level for any reason. All citizens would receive a BIG without means test or work requirement. BIG is an efficient and effective solution to poverty that preserves individual autonomy and work incentives while simplifying government social policy. Some researchers estimate that a small BIG, sufficient to cut the poverty rate in half could be financed without an increase in taxes by redirecting funds from spending programs and tax deductions aimed at maintaining incomes.” SOURCE:usbig.net
Here’s more: “The Basic Income Guarantee (BIG) is a government ensured guarantee that no one’s income will fall below the level necessary to meet their most basic needs for any reason. As Bertrand Russell put it in 1918, “A certain small income, sufficient for necessities, should be secured for all, whether they work or not, and that a larger income should be given to those who are willing to engage in some work which the community recognizes as useful. On this basis we may build further.” Thus, with BIG no one is destitute but everyone has the positive incentive to work. BIG is an efficient, effective, and equitable solution to poverty that promotes individual freedom and leaves the beneficial aspects of a market economy in place.” SOURCE: usbig.net

OK. So, how would we pay for it? Those who advocate the BIG say (above): ” ... could be financed without an increase in taxes by redirecting funds from spending programs and tax deductions aimed at maintaining incomes.”

HUH?

That’s strange because just a bit lower on the page we find this: “The most commonly cited source of revenue for BIG is the income tax. Most proposals combine a basic income guarantee with a flat tax on income. Charles Clark estimates that a flat income tax rate of less than 40% would be enough to finance all current government spending and a BIG large enough to eliminate poverty.” SOURCE: usbig.net

I have to wonder if “less than 40%” means 39.99%?
It’s coming. How can I be so sure? Because the next attempt at a BIG for the US will be only the latest iteration. The movement for a guaranteed income has been around for a long time. A quick check for advocates of a guaranteed income at Wikipedia brought some surprises. For Instance: American revolutionary Thomas Paine advocated a basic income guarantee to all US citizens as compensation for “loss of his or her natural inheritance, by the introduction of the system of landed property” (Agrarian Justice, 1795).

French Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte echoed Paine’s sentiments and commented that ‘man is entitled by birthright to a share of the Earth’s produce sufficient to fill the needs of his existence’ (Herold, 1955).

In 1962, economist Milton Friedman proposed a Negative Income Tax coupled with a flat tax in support of a guaranteed minimum income.

In 1963, Robert Theobald published the book Free Men and Free Markets, in which he advocated a guaranteed minimum income (the origin of the modern version of the phrase).

In 1966 the Cloward—Piven strategy advocated “overloading” the US welfare system to force its collapse in the hopes that it would be replaced by “a guaranteed annual income and thus an end to poverty”.

In his final book Where Do We Go from Here: Chaos or Community? (1967) Martin Luther King Jr. wrote[3]

I am now convinced that the simplest approach will prove to be the most effective—the solution to poverty is to abolish it directly by a now widely discussed measure: the guaranteed income.—From the chapter titled “Where We Are Going”.

In 1968, James Tobin, Paul Samuelson, John Kenneth Galbraith and another 1,200 economists signed a document calling for the US Congress to introduce in that year a system of income guarantees and supplements.

In 1973, Daniel Patrick Moynihan wrote The Politics of a Guaranteed Income in which he advocated the Guaranteed Minimum Income and discussed Richard Nixon’s GAI proposal.

A guaranteed income for all Americans is the worst idea for America since, well, Obamacare!

Item number two in the The Black Panther Party: Platform and Program includes the following statement: “We believe that the federal government is responsible and obligated to give every man employment or a guaranteed income.” SOURCE: historymatters.gmu.edu

As I mentioned above— I have to wonder if the massive increase in the number of Americans on Welfare under the Obama Administration is in keeping with the Cloward—Piven strategy which suggests overloading the US welfare system forcing it to collapse and setting the stage for a guaranteed income for all Americans. I cannot even begin to tell you how deeply, deeply, opposed to the entire idea of a guaranteed annual income for all Americans I am. The American republic would be crushed and wiped out by internal rot!

If you think Obamacare is bad for America, if you think the UN’s Small Arms Treaty is going to disarm America (as I do), then you will not be surprised when the call goes out from the Obama Administration to replace the welfare system with a guaranteed income.

I am convinced that if Americans don’t wake up and get a grip and reclaim their/our country—the UN Small Arms Treaty will become the law in America NEXT YEAR and I am convinced there is a sub-Rosa movement to give America a guaranteed minimum income. (I spoke to a young man, over the past weekend, who told me emphatically that beginning this week he is going to begin buying all the ammunition he can lay his hands on—while he still can! He, too, is convinced that America’s weapons are about to be seized by the US government.)

A second term for Obama is America’s death knell. The damage from his first term will take generations to repair and restore.

There is a reason we cherish the words of our national anthem—“land of the free, and home of the brave.” Free and brave go hand in hand. As it always has, throughout America’s history, it will take brave people to keep America free.

Yes, America is FREE —because of the BRAVE! It is time for the brave to raise their colors and state emphatically: “This far and no farther!”
Yes, it will take courage. But, it should be clear to every sentient American that if we don’t stop the attack on our freedom and liberty, here and now, very soon we will awaken one morning to find we are a people enslaved to—and by—the state.

The Mess and how Obama inherited it

The day the Democrats took over was not January 22nd 2009, it was actually January 3rd 2007, the day Democrats took over the House of Representatives and the Senate, at the very start of the 110th Congress.

The Democratic Party controlled a majority in both chambers for the first time since the end of the 103rd Congress in 1995.

For those who are listening to the liberals propagating the fallacy that everything is "Bush's Fault", think about this:

January 3rd, 2007 was the day the Democrats took over the Senate and the Congress. At the time:

The DOW Jones closed at 12,621.77

The GDP for the previous quarter was 3.5%

The Unemployment rate was 4.6%

George Bush's Economic policies SET A RECORD of 52 STRAIGHT MONTHS of JOB GROWTH .  FACT, NOT FICTION!!!!!  CHECK IT OUT !!! 

Remember the day...January 3rd, 2007 was the day that Barney Frank took over the House Financial Services Committee and Chris Dodd took over the Senate Banking Committee.

The economic meltdown that happened 15 months later was in what part of the economy?

BANKING AND FINANCIAL SERVICES!

Unemployment... to this CRISIS by (among MANY other things) dumping 5-6 TRILLION Dollars of toxic loans on the economy from YOUR Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac FIASCOES!

Bush asked Congress 17 TIMES to stop Fannie & Freddie - starting in 2001 because it was financially risky for the US economy.  FACT; ON THE RECORD!!!!!! 

And who took the THIRD highest pay-off from Fannie Mae AND Freddie Mac? OBAMA

And who fought against reform of Fannie and Freddie?

OBAMA and the Democrat Controlled Congress..

So when someone tries to blame Bush..

REMEMBER JANUARY 3rd, 2007.... THE DAY THE DEMOCRATS TOOK OVER!"

Budgets do not come from the White House. They come from Congress and the party that controlled Congress since January 2007 is the Democratic Party.

Furthermore, the Democrats controlled the budget process for 2008 & 2009 as well as 2010 &2011.

In that first year, they had to contend with George Bush, which caused them to compromise on spending, when Bush somewhat belatedly tried to get tough on spending increases.

For 2009 though, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi & Senate President Harry Reid bypassed  President George Bush entirely, passing continuing resolutions to keep government running until Barack Obama could take office. At that time, they passed a massive omnibus spending bill to complete the 2009 budgets.

And where was Barack Obama during this time? He was a member of that very Congress that passed all of these massive spending bills, and he signed the omnibus bill as President to complete 2009.

If the Democrats inherited any deficit, it was the 2007 deficit, the last of the Republican budgets. That deficit was the lowest in five years, and the fourth straight decline in deficit spending. After that, Democrats in Congress took control of spending, and that includes Barack Obama, who voted for the budgets.

If Obama inherited anything, he inherited it from himself and the other Democrats. In a nutshell, what Obama is saying is I inherited a deficit that I voted for and then I voted to expand that deficit four-fold since January 20th, 2009.
