Barack Obama

Watching the second presidential debate, I kept thinking that what I saw was a debate between a competent businessman Romney and a crafty con artist Obama.
And I kept thinking that Barack Obama is not alone in this category, that the United States of America lives now in the age of con men. I closed my eyes and recalled the familiar names:
The con artist of high finance Bernie “Ponzi Scheme” Madoff; the con artists of racial demagoguery Al “Tawana Brawley” Sharpton and Jeremiah “God damn America” Wright; the con artists of plagiarism Joe “Mad Laughter” Biden and Fareed “GPS” Zakaria; the con artist of business extortion Jesse “Clinton’s Spiritual Adviser” Jackson; the con artist of verbal equilibristic Bill “I Never Had Sex With That Woman” Clinton; the con artist of professional cycling Lance “Dope-filled” Armstrong…
Dictionaries define the term con artist as a swindler who exploits the confidence of his victim, or a person who swindles you by means of deception or fraud.
Like any persons in any human endeavors, con artists possess different degrees of talent. But there is no doubt in my mind that the high edifice of the most gifted con artist is occupied by current President of the United States Barack Obama.
He is The Con Artist Par Excellence!
I cannot claim that I am the first one to make such a sweeping observation. There have been attempts in the conservative media to describe Obama as a con man who, in full accordance with the above definition of a con artist, has swindled 350 million Americans by means of political deception and economic fraud.I won’t repeat here all the instances of outright lies, total incompetence, broken promises, fraudulent legislations, elaborate misrepresentations, disastrous economic “remedies”, and failed foreign policies which have defined Obama’s presidency. Rather, I’d like to concentrate here on an interesting phenomenon that has gone so far unnoticed – namely, the clear connection between Obama as a con man and the con artists listed at the beginning of this article.
That’s what makes Obama The Con Man Par Excellence – the fact that he embodies in his actions as President so many different strains of fraudulency and deception.
Let’s explore those connections:
- Obama’s “economic remedies” (a non-stimulating stimulus, accumulation of huge deficits, addition of 6 trillion dollars to the national debt) are in fact the same Ponzi schemes that had been so “successfully” employed by the top swindler Bernie Madoff.
- Barack Obama’s statement in a recently recovered video that the amount of Katrina’s assistance would’ve been higher if the New Orleans population had consisted of whites is an example of the same racial demagoguery that has been the principal job of Al “Tawana Brawley” Sharpton and Jeremiah “God damn America” Wright.
- And the relatively modest instances of plagiarism employed by Joe “Mad Laughter” Biden and Fareed “GPS” Zakaria are simply trifles compared to the Obama’s bestselling autobiography Dreams From My Father that had been ghost-written by Obama’s pal, a former terrorist Bill Ayers.
- And then there’s the master of business extortion Jesse “Clinton’s Spiritual Adviser” Jackson. It seems that Barack Obama learnt a lot from the old extortionist Jesse. When Obama slaps heavy business-hampering regulations on financial institutions and then milks millions in donations from the Wall Street bankers (whom he labels derisively as “fat cats” and who are afraid to say no to his demands), isn’t it an example of disgusting presidential extortions?
- When I listened to Obama’s false statement at the debate that he had allegedly identified the Benghazi murders as “an act of terror” right in the morning after the attack (while in fact he had waited 14 days), I heard the voice of the most talented con artist of verbal equilibristic Bill Clinton who had famously re-defined the meaning of the word is.
- If both the Nobel Prize “laureate” Barack Obama and the famous/infamous con artist in cycling Lance “Dope-filled” Armstrong were decent persons, not despicable con men, they would return their ill-received medals that they do not deserve at all (which I’m sure they wouldn’t).
Over the centuries, American presidents exhibited different degrees of talent and success. The extremely talented and successful look at us benevolently from Mt. Rushmore. The rest have been mostly adequate in their high posts (with the exception. of course, of the totally failed Jimmy Carter). All of them entered the White House with definite accomplishments in their previous life. Some had been outstanding military leaders, some – successful businessmen, some – State governors, some – vice presidents.
But nobody marched into the Oval Office right from the streets of Chicago, with the thinnest imaginable resume of “a community organizer” in his hands and with no real-life experience at all – not even an experience of a hot-dog vendor.
Such an amazing feat could’ve been accomplished only by the Con Artist Par Excellence – Barack Obama.
It is really scary to think that he could stay in the White House for another four years…
God bless,
