After being thoroughly overshadowed by Governor Mitt Romney's expertise on the economy in the first debate, President Obama came out flailing last night, aggressively trying to mislead the voters and hide the truth.
I don’t know if you were watching any of it, but if you did, you saw the same thing that millions of Americans did: a failed President who cannot defend the indefensible (his record), so he is resorting to lies and distractions to try and save his job.
My favorite part was when Obama said gas prices have skyrocketed because our economy is "doing so well." It shows how out-of-touch he really is and why we need someone with business experience to help get our economy back on track.
And you know what? The only way any of their nonsense will work is if you and I let the Democrats off the hook.
As Governor Romney mentioned repeatedly last night, America simply cannot afford to keep following the same tax-borrow-spend big government policies of the past four years. And as you know, the only way to roll back the entire Obama-Reid liberal agenda is to bring a new Senate Republican Majority to Washington.
